Pottery painting is a relaxing and therapeutic activity for all ages and abilities.
The pottery is made from a white earthenware clay that is fired to a low temperature called bisque. Firing it at a low temperature means that the pottery stays porous, so it will absorb the paints really well.
The glazes we use are washable and non toxic, so it’s safe for little hands.
Once the pottery has been painted it needs to be fired and will be ready for collection in a week or so, though, this may change during peak times.
